Terms + Conditions

By completing and submitting the New Farm Confectionery’s application form, you as a Wholesale Customer have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
To receive New Farm Confectionery’s wholesale pricing it is required that minimum order quantities are met.

Each individual product has a minimum order quantity and this is displayed on the product page.

Each order received must meet a minimum value of $300.

All Wholesale Customers are required to place a minimum of $1000 in orders every three months.

BEST BEFORE DATES
All of New Farm Confectionery’s products include a best before date.
Products are not permitted to be sold after this date.

PRODUCT STORAGE
All New Farm Confectionery products must be stored between 18 C and 24 C.

CREDIT POLICY
If a delivery is received that contains any faulty products please contact the sales representative within 24 hours. A replacement or a credit will be issued.
After 24 hours of delivery no responsibility will be taken for these products.

BACKORDER POLICY
If New Farm Confectionery cannot supply the ordered products they will not be automatically placed on backorder. You will be advised that the product is temporarily unavailable.

PAYMENT TERMS
New Wholesale Customers are required to pay for their first three orders, in full, before the order will be confirmed, processed and dispatched.

New Wholesale Customers will receive an invoice via email. Payment options will be noted on the invoice. Orders that require prepayment must be placed and paid for within New Farm Confectionery’s order policy date restrictions.

Once an order history has been achieved (after the first three transactions) you may request a credit account. Your trade references will be contacted and, if approved, a 14 day account will be set up. Wholesale Customers will then receive their invoices upon dispatch.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions all Wholesale Customers agree to pay invoices by the noted due date.

Wholesale Customer accounts will be placed on hold until overdue invoices are paid.

Wholesale Customers that repeatedly have overdue accounts will be reverted to a payment-before-dispatch account.

IMAGE POLICY
Wholesale Customers are welcome to freely use any supplied images on their social media platforms.

The text relating to the images must include the relevant handle for New Farm Confectionery (either Facebook or Instagram).

@nfconfectionery (Instagram)

The hashtag #newfarmconfectionery must also be attached to all posts.

GENERAL
New Farm Confectionery takes no responsibility for any product if the Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to. New Farm Confectionery reserves the right to change and modify our Terms and Conditions at any time.
