Rebate Information

New Farm Confectionery loves to reward our Wholesale customers. One of the ways we share the love is through our Rebate Program. This program is available to Wholesale customers with an approved trading account only.

How does it work?

We have three tiers of rebates. The more you order, the bigger the rebate you will receive back. The rebates are calculated each quarter. More details on rebate periods are below

Tier One
Invoiced amount for a quarter between $1501 and $3750 will receive 2% rebate

Tier Two
Invoiced amount for a quarter between $3751 and $6000 will receive 3% rebate

Tier Three
Invoiced amount for a quarter above $6001 will receive 4% rebate

Rebate periods

Period 1 - July to September
Period 2 - October to December
Period 3 - January to March
Period 4 - April to June

Terms + Conditions

  • Rebates will be processed on the last day of the following month at the end of the quarter
  • Rebates will not be calculated on any invoice that is overdue or paid after the due date.
  • Rebates are not calculated on courier and freight costs
  • New Farm Confectionery is entitled to change the rebates at any time
  • Rebates will only be offered if monthly minimum order quantities are met
  • Rebates will be placed onto the customer account as a credit. Customer can request a bank transfer refund within 14 days of receipt of rebate notification
  • Rebates credits that are unused after 12 months will be cancelled
  • Rebates are calculated on an individual locations and will not be combined over multiple locations.
  • Note these rebates are not applicable to our Nextra Group customers.
